i. Session cookies:
Session cookies store information only for the length of time that you are connected to a website – they are not written onto your hard drive. We may collect and store information about your location if you enable your computer or mobile device to send us location information. You may be able to change the settings on your computer or mobile device to prevent it from providing us with such information.

2. How and Why Your Personal Information is Used.
A. To Serve you. We use the Personal Information that you provide or that we collect for legal and regulatory purposes, to manage business risks, to provide our Services to you and to establish and enhance our relationship with you. We generally use the Personal Information you provide or that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide our Services. 3. To Whom your Personal Information may be disclosed.
A. Our subsidiaries or affiliates. F. Consent. We may disclose your Personal Information where you have authorized us to do so. We do not share Personal Information with other third-party organizations for their marketing or promotional use without your consent.
If you registered, enrolled, requested or purchased a certain service, and delivering such service to you requires disclosing your personal information to other organizations, we will disclose your personal information to other organization in the course of providing you the service you requested.
4. How we protect your Personal Information.
A. Security processes. We make commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard your Personal Information from loss or theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, duplication, use or modification through security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures which include appropriate encryption, password protection and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store Personal Information.
5. Updating, Accessing, Deleting and Retaining your Personal Information.
A. Accessing and deleting your Personal Information. We make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your Personal Information and to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual Users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. We will advise you of any applicable fee prior to proceeding with your request. Upon your request, we will make reasonable efforts to delete your Personal Information from our database, however, it may be impossible to delete your information without retaining some residual information for a period of time due to backups and records of deletion.
B. Retention of your Personal Information. We retain your Personal Information only as long as it is required for the reason(s) that it was collected. This length of time will vary depending on the Service and the nature of the information and may extend beyond the end of your relationship with us. When your information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, we will destroy, delete, erase or convert it to an anonymous form.

You may withdraw your consent if: (a) you provide reasonable notice in the context of the services you receive from us; (b) we are not under a legal obligation to collect, use or disclose your Personal Information; and (c) withdrawing your consent does not impede our ability to fulfill our obligations to you. 11. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important to us. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information of minors. If you are an individual, by accessing or using the Services you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. If we learn that Personal Information of a minor has been inadvertently collected without parental or guardian consent, we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that a minor for which you are responsible has provided his or her Personal Information to us without your consent, then you may alert us by contacting us at email@example.com and request that we delete such minor person’s Personal Information from our systems.
